Registration is still open for Summer Camps at Piedmont Progressive.
Looking for summer camp activities for your 3 – 9 year olds? Consider Piedmont Progressive Summer Day Camps. There are two week-long sessions still accepting registrations: Around the World in Five Days (July 30-August 3) where the kids take a global expedition and travel each day to different lands, explore their cultures through art, cooking, dance, music, and story telling; and Nature Expeditions (Aug 6-Aug 10)where they explore nature through activities that include hikes on the nature trail, feeding the birds, gardening, cooking, singing, and games and creating art with natural and recycled materials.

Piedmont Progressive Preschool will host its annual Silent Auction on April 28, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the school. Admission is $10 at the door or $5 in advance. Items up for auction include tickets to the Coca Cola 600, the Charlotte Knights, and the Wachovia Golf Championship plus jewelry, dinners, and fabulous items from Longaberger® and other retailers.. Piedmont Progressive Preschool seeks items for its Annual Silent Auction
Piedmont Progressive Preschool is in search of auction items for its annual Silent Auction on April 28, 2006. Money raised will help fund playground renovations, maintenance of their nature walk, and the never-ending need for classroom supplies.
Area businesses are encouraged to donate goods or services. If you have an item to donate or would like further information, please contact [deleted] at [deleted]. Donors will receive two free tickets to the event.

New Class for Two’s Added Mid-year at Piedmont Progressive Preschool
Immediate Openings for Two-year-old Class, Enroll Now
The waiting list grew so long for the two-year-old class at Piedmont Progressive Preschool; they decided to add a second class mid-year. Said Co-director Sharon King, “With so many families looking for a spot at our preschool, we decided to open a second class. This school is so special to us all; we just wanted to share it with as many families as possible.” The new class meets from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm Wednesdays and Thursdays through May. The University Area Benefits From Piedmont Progressive Preschool
Registration is now open for the 2006-2007 school year at Piedmont Progressive Preschool. Parents of two- to five- year olds interested in 2006-2007 preschool classes are invited to attend an open house on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 or Monday, January 30, 2006. Both will be held from 9:30 am to 11 am at the preschool. Parents will be able to see the students and teachers in action as well as register for the upcoming school year.
